1) Introduction
 

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all classes, workshops, camps, events and services provided by Saga’s Artverse (“we”, “our”, “us”).
 

1.2 By booking or attending any session with Saga’s Artverse, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
 

1.3 Saga’s Artverse reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be available on our website.
 

2) Bookings & Enrolment
 

2.1 All bookings must be made directly through Saga’s Artverse via our website, booking system or confirmed communication.
 

2.2 Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
 

2.3 A child’s place is confirmed only once payment has been received.
 

2.4 If a class is fully booked, parents may request to join the waiting list and will be contacted if a space becomes available.
 

2.5 Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate contact details, emergency information and any relevant medical or allergy information during booking.
 

3) Payments
 

3.1 All sessions, workshops, camps and courses must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
 

3.2 Monthly class fees are payable at the beginning of each month to secure your child’s place.
 

3.3 Fees are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed, including missed sessions due to illness, holidays or personal circumstances.
 

3.4 Saga’s Artverse reserves the right to release unpaid places to other students if payment is not received on time.
 

4) Cancellations & Missed Classes

4.1 If your child cannot attend a session, please inform us as early as possible.
 

4.2 Missed classes are non-refundable. Where space is available, an alternative session within the same week may be offered at our discretion.
 

4.3 If Saga’s Artverse needs to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative session, credit or suitable arrangement will be provided.
 

4.4 Parents wishing to discontinue classes should provide advance notice before the next payment cycle.
 

5) Arrival & Collection
 

5.1 Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children are dropped off and collected on time.
 

5.2 Children should arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the class start time and be collected promptly after the session ends.
 

5.3 For safeguarding reasons, parents are generally not permitted to remain inside regular sessions unless invited for trials, showcases or special events.
 

5.4 If someone different will be collecting your child, parents must inform Saga’s Artverse in advance.
 

6) Safeguarding & Child Wellbeing
 

6.1 At Saga’s Artverse, the safety and wellbeing of every child is always our highest priority.
 

6.2 Enhanced DBS checks have been completed and safeguarding training has been undertaken to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
 

6.3 Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, additional needs or important wellbeing concerns relevant to their child.
 

7) Behaviour & Respect
 

7.1 We aim to maintain a kind, creative and respectful environment for all children.
 

7.2 Disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in parents being contacted and, in serious cases, removal from the session.
 

7.3 Bullying, discrimination or disrespectful behaviour towards staff or students will not be tolerated.
 

8) Personal Belongings & Clothing
 

8.1 Please ensure children wear suitable clothing for creative activities, as paints and art materials may stain.
 

8.2 Saga’s Artverse is not responsible for lost, damaged or forgotten personal belongings.
 

9) Food, Snacks & Allergies
 

9.1 Some sessions or camps may include light snacks. Parents must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before attendance.
 

9.2 Nut products should not be brought into sessions to help maintain a safer environment for all children.
 

10) Photography & Social Media
 

10.1 Photographs or short videos may occasionally be taken during classes, workshops or events for promotional purposes, including social media, website content and printed materials.
 

10.2 Parents who do not wish their child to appear in photographs/videos must inform Saga’s Artverse in writing before the session.
 

11) Health & Emergencies
 

11.1 In the event of illness, injury or emergency, parents/guardians will be contacted using the emergency details provided during booking.
 

11.2 Parents are responsible for ensuring emergency contact information remains accurate and up to date.
 

12) Liability
 

12.1 While every reasonable care is taken to ensure a safe environment, participation in classes and activities is at your own risk.
 

12.2 Saga’s Artverse accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage except where caused by proven negligence.
 

13) Data Protection & Privacy
 

13.1 Personal information collected during bookings is used only for administration, communication and safeguarding purposes.
 

13.2 Saga’s Artverse handles personal information responsibly and in accordance with UK data protection regulations.
 

14) Intellectual Property
 

14.1 All artwork designs, class materials, branding, logos and creative content shared by Saga’s Artverse remain the intellectual property of Saga’s Artverse.
 

14.2 Materials may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
